HABIT OF READING

Habit of reading
Today i like to share something about habit of reading.Reading develops one’s
skills.Reading is one of the skills.There are many books to read hence one should choose
good books to read.Whenever i am free i start to read like weekly journals,newspapers
etc..I happily like o say that i am a book lover.library is a good place where we can gather
so many sources.It is a good place to read in a silent environment.Here i would like to quote
the bacon’ s words
“Reading maketh a full man; conference a ready man; and writing an exact man”.
Through reading we can learn new word and develop our vocabulary skills.If you are in
depressed state divert it by reading a book.It changes your mindset.Instead of spending
time with tv people can start to read.Here also i would like to quote by saying,
“katrathu kai mann alavu kallathathu ulagalavu”
Meaning is What you have learnt is mere handful;What you haven’t learnt is the size of
the world.
We can know about reading.There are many benefits in reading.It is also a kind of
entertainment.So everyone keep reading

MEDICAL TIPS

Tips For Reducing Body Weight.
Nowadays most people are interested in reducing weight.People are spending so much
money and time in it. Money minded people make it as a business by suggesting some
products.They can get reduce weight by going to gym.Doctors also say that weight gain
leads to obesity.It is a long process.People have to put effort for it.During this process you
have to overcome some comments neither positive nor negative comments.Be patient to
overcome it,everything is in our mindset.
Causes of Weight gain
● In most of the houses,people eat food by watching TV or mobile.They don’t know
how much food they are consuming.And also people should avoid eating junk foods
like pizza,burgars,oily foods etc..
Tips to Follow
● Yoga
● Meditation
● Balanced diet and
● Exercises.
● Healthy fruits and vegetables.
● Hydration (drinking lot of water )
There is weight loss drink that you can do it in home.The weight loss drink is cumin
seeds with water.You can soak jeera with water in overnight and next morning you can
boil it and drink .It is a very good remedy.I personally follow this and I can notice the
difference .
The above mentioned things are followed by me.I like to share with you these things.If
you like,you people can also follow and not insisting it.Health is wealth.
